Invite your friends over for a pizza party and serve them up a super-sized pizza slice straight from your oven! They'll be scratching their heads wondering when you installed a giant pizza oven in your kitchen - but one thing's for sure, this giant slice is totally an Instagram worthy meal. You could even follow it up with this massive ice cream sandwich for dessert! RECIPE: Giant Pizza Slice From Alyssa Noui, POPSUGAR Food 1 1/2 pounds pizza dough 1 tablespoon cornmeal 1/2 cup pizza sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella Toppings Preheat oven to 475ºF. Let dough sit at room temperature on a lightly floured surface for 30 minutes. Sprinkle work surface with cornmeal and using a rolling pin, roll dough into an 11 x 15 inch rectangle about 1/4" to 1/3" thick. Carefully place dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Leaving a 1 1/2" border on one of the shorter sides, top the pizza dough with pizza sauce, mozzarella and the toppings of your choice. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Using a pizza wheel or a very sharp knife, starting at the middle of the non-bordered 11" side of the pizza, cut the pizza to the outer corner of the edge with the border. Repeat on the other side to create a giant pizza slice. How to Make Ramen Chicken | Eat the Trend

Step aside, ramen burger, and meet ramen-crusted chicken wings! We created a ramen-enhanced take on another fast-food favorite: wings. These crisply crusted bites, as seen on the Today show, will make you rethink ramen. Ramen-Crusted Chicken Wings From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food Before you start, check out these tips and tricks for safely deep-frying. INGREDIENTS 1 pound chicken wings For the dry batter: 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon baking powder For the wet batter: 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup vodka 1 packet ramen seasoning 2 packages Top Ramen, crumbled 1 quart vegetable, peanut, or canola oil For the dipping sauce: 1 teaspoon sriracha 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon scallions, finely chopped DIRECTIONS Rinse chicken wings in cold water, and pat dry. Mix together dry batter ingredients in a bowl, and set aside. Mix together wet batter ingredients in a separate bowl. Break apart the dry ramen into a third bowl. You want the pieces to be small enough that they will stick to the chicken but large enough that they still have their shape. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed Dutch oven or electric deep fryer to 350°F. Line a half-sheet pan with paper towels. Working in small batches, dredge the chicken wings in the dry batter. Shake off any excess, and dip the wings in the wet batter. Brush off any excess batter with a food-safe brush. Fry the wings for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally for even browning. Let the wings drain on the paper-towel-lined half-sheet pan. Repeat with the remaining wings. Dip the par-cooked wings back in the wet batter, and brush off any excess batter. Coat the wings in the crumbled ramen. Fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the outside has browned and is crisp. Meanwhile, mix together the sriracha, rice wine vinegar, and scallions. Serve the wings hot with the dipping sauce. Milly is going to be a Big Sister! We are so thrilled to be pregnant with baby #2! Feels so right and we are very grateful to welcome 🤍LittlerAmazing into our lives in July. We always knew we wanted Milly to have a sibling so we can't wait for her to thrive as a big sis very soon! She is already so helpful and kissing my baby bump constantly. Even though I've been pregnant before, I definitely have all the butterflies again. Feels like there are so many new products out there and I'm trying to figure out how being a Mama of two will really work! Guess we'll find out soon! Thanks so much for always being so supportive. Hello Kitty Poptarts: 🤍 PopSugar Food: 🤍 ♥ Facebook: 🤍 ♥ Instagram: 🤍 ♥ Channel: 🤍 Bear Peanut Butter Cups Makes about 15 bears Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets) 1 cup powdered sugar 3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Cookie icing in black and white Heart sprinkles for decoration Directions 1. Line an 8” x 8” pan with aluminum foil. 2. Mix together butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together with a spatula. Melt ¾ cup of peanut butter in the microwave to thin it, about 15 seconds. Mix into graham cracker mixture. Pour into prepared pan and spread with spatula. Mixture will be thin. Place in fridge for 15 minutes to set while prepping chocolate. 3. Melt chocolate chips and remaining 2 T of peanut butter in the microwave. Pour chocolate over peanut butter bars once they’ve set and rotate pan to coat. Tap pan on counter to pop air bubbles, and place in fridge for 15 min to set. 4. Remove pan from freezer, and use a small circle cookie cutter to cut out bear heads. Use mini moon cookie cutter to cut out ears, and attach ears to bear head. 5. Use white cookie icing to pipe oval for mouths, and black for eyes. Once mouths have set for 5 min, pipe black dot for nose. Add on bows with heart sprinkles. Music courtesy of Audio Network

I'm a bit biased when it comes to this week's guest on #PrettyUnfiltered: I've known her for four years now, as she is my coworker. But that doesn't make her story any less inspiring — please meet Brandi Milloy, if you haven't already. She's the host of Eat the Trend and Get the Dish with Brandi Milloy on POPSUGAR Food, is a Today Tastemaker and very vocal about how she struggled — and still struggles — with scoliosis, the sideways curvature of the spine that can't be cured, but can be treated. (Over 3 million Americans are diagnosed with scoliosis each year.) Brandi's story is remarkable; despite several surgeries and wearing a back brace for years, Brandi's faith and confidence continue to lead her to success. If you know her, she has a larger-than-life personality, and she's drop dead gorgeous. I personally didn't realize anything different about her until I saw the scar on her back, but Brandi considers herself lucky in that her scoliosis hasn't affected her ability to walk. Talk about perspective. I'd gush some more, but watch for yourself to hear more about Brandi's story, her struggles, and how she overcame her insecurities and found confidence, despite being bullied. There's something about a molten lava cake that is so "5 star", probably because it's mostly seen in restaurants. It's rare that you get to enjoy it at home but that's about to change! And on top of that, we've created our very own recipe that will change lava cake forever. The funfetti molten lava cake is everything your dessert dreams have ever been made of... And we're showing you how to make it in your very own kitchen! Molten Funfetti Cake From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food 1/2 cup white chocolate chips1/2 cup butter 1 cup powdered sugar 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 6 tablespoons flour, plus extra for dusting 2 tablespoons sprinkles, plus more for garnish Non-stick cooking spray Vanilla ice cream Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray 4 8-ounce ramekin dishes with cooking spray and lightly dust the inside with flour. Place on a baking sheet and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips with butter and melt in 30-second intervals until chocolate and butter are smooth. Whisk in powdered sugar and mix well. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Add eggs and egg yolks and continue mixing. The batter will smooth out. Add flour and whisk until combined. Gently fold in sprinkles, being careful to not over mix. You want them to be evenly distributed, but do not want the color to run. Evenly distribute the batter between ramekin dishes. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until the edges are firm but when you shake it the center is still slightly soft. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the ramekin and then invert onto a plate. Serve immediately with ice cream and even more sprinkles. Since then, Brandi's impact on non-profit work has been extraordinary. She's helped develop national programs for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, helped create several non-profit initiatives and campaigns and worked as a grant writer. She continues to offer her guidance as a consultant. When she's not in front of the camera, Brandi can be found volunteering at her local church as a confirmation teacher. In her spare time she mentors young women using her 10+ years of interview skills as a pageant coach. Brandi's greatest title is being the godmother to 4 precious boys. Can't get enough pancakes in the morning? This recipe will fix that! We supersized your favorite weekend breakfast with these gigantic pancakes. They're fluffy, sweet, and as big as a pizza. What more could you want from your breakfast? INGREDIENTS 6 eggs 6 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 stick unsalted butter, softened 2 1/2 cups milk 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 6 teaspoons baking powder 2 oversize pats of butter for topping 1 pitcher of syrup Special equipment: 15-inch paella pan DIRECTIONS Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Whisk in sugar, salt, butter, and milk until well-combined. Stir in flour, baking soda, and baking powder until well-combined; batter will be medium thickness and creamy in consistency. Heat a 15" nonstick paella pan to low heat across two burners, spray pan with cooking spray, pour 2 cups of batter into the pan, and distribute evenly over the pan with a spatula. Cook pancake for 7 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Loosen all sides of the pancake with spatula, and slide into a 15" or larger pizza pan. Flip pancake back onto the pan on low, and cook for an additional 7 minutes. Transfer pancake to a plate and repeat for one more pancake. Stack pancakes, and top with butter and syrup. These are super easy, incredibly tasty, and will curb all your funfetti truffle cravings instantly. RECIPE: No Bake Birthday Cake Oreo Truffles From Brandi Milloy, POPSUGAR Food 1 package Golden Birthday Cake Oreos 8 ounces cream cheese 2 tablespoons yellow cake mix 2 tablespoons, sprinkles plus more for garnish 2 1/2 cups white chocolate candy melts In a food processor, chop up Oreos, including the frosting, until a fine crumb is reached. In a large bowl mix together Oreos with cream cheese and yellow cake mix. Fold in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles. Once combined roll the dough into 1" balls and place on a piece of wax paper. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. While the Oreo balls are in the freezer, melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Pull the Oreo Truffles out of the freezer and dip into the chocolate, being sure to cover the truffle completely. Place on a new wax paper lined baking sheet and garnish with sprinkles. This mash up masterpiece dreamt up by our crazy buddies at Foodbeast is something we've been drooling over since they first told us about it. But alas - when we tried to order this for ourselves, we were met with rejection and despair. While you can simply order a double double with animal style fries and DIY it yourself at In & Out, we thought we'd take the opportunity to show you how to not only make the Monkey Style burger at home, but teach you the tricks of the trade to getting those irresistible mustard grilled patties that are synonymous with the Double Double. Monkey Style In & Out Burger From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food For the secret spread: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar For the burger: 1/4 cup french fries 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 large yellow onions, finely diced 6 ounces ground beef, 85% lean Pinch salt Pinch pepper 2 teaspoons yellow mustard 2 slices American cheese 1 potato bun, sliced in half 1 teaspoon butter 2 tablespoons secret spread 2 slices tomatoes, 1/4-inch thick 2 Iceberg lettuce leaves 4 dill pickles To make the secret spread: Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. To make caramelized onions: Add diced onions and oil to a sauté pan set over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized. Deglaze pan with 1/2 teaspoon water. Set aside. Cook french fries according to package directions. To make burger: Heat up a cast iron skillet until it just starts to smoke. Form ground beef into 2 patties, approximately 4 inches across. Season with salt and pepper. Place patties onto cast iron and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. While cooking, spread mustard onto the uncooked side of the burger. When ready, flip the patties and top with a slice of american cheese. Cook until burger is cooked through. Toast bun on a hot skillet with butter, until the edges are golden brown. Starting with the bottom bun, spread 1 tablespoon of spread on the bottom, top with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Add 1 burger patty, a heaping tablespoon of caramelized onions followed by the second patty. Top that with french fries, more spread, and another scoop of onions. Finish with the top of the bun.
