Since Rhino owns the Warner-Elektra-Atlantic catalog, the world is their oyster and selling licensing fees to other vs. doing their own pressings was really a no brainer. Bad news for those other labels, including MOFI which feeds off the WEA catalog. So does this first pop/rock release of The Cars have merit? I have some originals, a Nautilus Half Speed Master for comparison. The MOFI attempt at this title failed miserably. How does Kevin Gray (Mr. AAA) do with this title? If you were wondering what I was doing with the Linkin Park cd, I was putting it with the cd's on sale so that some lucky person that was scrolling through could find a free cd.
